Rakesh Kumar Arora appointed as High Commissioner to Sierra Leone

New Delhi: Rakesh Kumar Arora an IFS officer of 2003 batch, who is presently serving as the Counsellor in Embassy of India, Brussels, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Sierra Leone.
