Chennai: Dr S Uma, an IAS officer of 2017 batch, who is currently serving as the Sub Collector, Palani, has been appointed as the Additional Collector (Development) and Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Ranipet.

A R Gladstone Pusparaj, an IAS officer of 2016 batch, who is currently working as the Sub-collector of Pattukottal district, has been transferred as the Joint Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department.
