Sameer Kumar Sinha, IAS, 1994, who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance, Health and Family Welfare and Transformation & Development Department and Additional Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, is relieved from the additional charge of the Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Transformation and Development Department.
