Chennai: The Government of Tamil Nadu has transferred five senior bureaucrats including Pradeep Yadav, Shambu Kallolikar, Vikram Kapur, S K Prabhakar and Sandeep Saxena – all Indian Administrative Service officer on June 7, 2020.

Pradeep Yadav, an Indian Administrative Service Officer of the 1992 batch – who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary, Chairman and Managing Director, Chennai Metro Rail Ltd, has been given additional responsibility of leading Tamil Nadu Electricity Board & TANGEDCO as the Chairman & Managing Director, and Chairman, TANTRANSCO.

Shambu Kallolikar, an Indian Administrative Service officer 1991 batch, who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary of the Environment and Forests Department, has been transferred as the Principal Secretary of the Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Department.

Vikram Kapur, an Indian Administrative SErvice officer of 1988 batch, who is currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board & TANGEDCO and Chairman, TANTRANSCO, has been transferred as the Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department

S.K Prabakar, an Indian Administrative Service officer, currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Prohibition and Excise Department has been given additional responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary of the Energy Department as well.

Sandeep Saxena, an Indian Administrative Service officer of 1989 batch, has been posted as the Additional Chief Secretary, Environment and Forests Department.
