Mumbai: Vijay Singhal, an IAS officer of 1997 batch, has been transferred from Thane Municipal Corporation. He shall be replaced by Dr Vipin Sharma, an IAS officer of 2005 batch. A statement by General Administration Department has directed Dr Sharma to take the charge from Singhal.
