Guwahati: Government of Assam has transferred and re-designated various IAS and PCS officers in the states.

Dr Krishna Kumar Dwivedi, an IAS officer of 1996 batch has been relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam in Public Enterprise Department. He will continue to serve as the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Industry and Commerce, ACT Easy Policy Affairs and Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department.

Anindita Kashyap, an Assam Civil Service officer of 2013 batch has been attached to the coordination cell of Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the office of Chief Secretary of Assam. She is already serving as the Deputy Secretary to the Government of Assam and Protocol Officer, General Administration Department.

Another PCS officer of 2013 batch Alakananda Medhi has been temporarily attached to the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Kokrajhar until further notice. Medhi is working as the Deputy Secretary in the Soil Conservation Department in the Assam Government.

Richard Rongpi, an ACS officer of 1999 batch has also been attached to the Officer of Deputy Commissioner Karbi Anglong for 2 months. He is working as the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council.

Pradip Kumar Talukdar, an ACS officer, has been reinstated as the Secretary to Government of Assam, Transformation and Development Department following an order from Hon’ble Guwahati High Court order.

Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia, an ACS officer of 1992 batch has been transferred and posted as the Secretary Assam State Election Commission.

Ng Chandra Dhwaj Singha, an ACS officer of 1992 batch has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Karbi Anglong.

Purabi Konwar, an ACS officer of 1992 batch has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Udalguri.

Sukanya Bora, ACS, 2015 has been placed at the disposal of Revenue and Disaster Management Department for posting her as a Circle Officer, Hajo and Wadiul Islam batchmate of Bora has also been placed at the disposal of Revenue and Disaster Management Department for posting him as a Circle Officer, Nilambazar. Another ACS officer of 2015 batch Jogdish Brahma, been placed at the disposal of Revenue and Disaster Management Department for posting him as a Circle Officer, Sidli.

Nilotpal Pathak, and ACS officer of 2016 batch has been placed at the disposal of Revenue and Disaster Management Department for posting him as a Circle Officer, Baksa.

Pranjal Boruah and ACS officer of 2016 batch has been placed at the disposal of Revenue and Disaster Management Department for posting him as a Circle Officer, Samaguri.
