Mumbai: Dr Pankaj Ashiya, an Indian Administrative Service officer of 2015 batch has been transferred as Commissioner, Bhiwandi-Nijampur Municipal Corporation. Dr Ashiya was recently appointed special officer to handle Corona crisis in Malegaon.
