Raipur: Nine Indian Forest Service officers (IFS) have been transferred by the Chhattisgarh Government. These officers are:
- Atul Kumar Shukla, an Indian Forest Officer of 1986 batch, who is currently serving as the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (PCCF) of Wildlife, has been transferred as PCCF of State Research, Training and Climate Change.
- PV Narsingh Rao, an Indian Forest Service officer of the 1987 batch, has replaced Atul Kumar Shukla in PCCF (wildlife). He was working as the Director of the Chhattisgarh State Forest Research and Training Institute in Raipur.
- Rajesh Kumar Chandele, an IFS officer of 2004 batch, who is currently working as the Divisional Forest Officer, Korea, Baikunthpur, has been transferred as Deputy Forest Conservator, in the office of Chief Forest Conservator Office (Aranya Bhawan, Raipur)
- K MANIVASAGAN S, an Indian Forest Officer of 2009 batch has been transferred from Keshkal to Dharamjaygarh as Division Forest Officer.
- Director of Guru Ghasidas National Park in Kotiya district Imotemsu Ao, an Indian Forest Officer of 2010 batch has been transferred as the Divisional Forest Officer Koriya.
- Priyanka Pandey, an IFS officer of 2016 batch has been transferred as Deputy Forest Conservator at the office of Chief Forest Conservator Office – Aranya Bhawan, Raipur. She was working as DFO at Dharamjaygarh.
- Pranay Mishra, an IFS officer of 2013 batch has been transferred s Deputy Forest Conservator at the office of Chief Forest Conservator Office – Aranya Bhawan, Raipur. He was working as Divisional Forest Officer at Balrampur.
- Ganveer Dhammashil, an IFS officer of 2013 batch has been appointed Divisional Forest Officer at Keshkal.
- Lakshman Singh has been appointed as Divisional Forest Officer of Balrampur. He was working as Chief Forest Conservator at the office of Surguja Circle at Ambikapur.
