Patna: Kamran Rizvi, an IAS officer of 1991 batch has been transferred to Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited (PMRCL) as the Chairman of the special purpose vehicle. He was serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry. PMRCL is a joint venture between the Centre and the State Governments.
