Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Government has appointed Mahesh Kumar Gupta, an IAS officer of 1987 batch, Additional Chief Secretary to Governor. He was earlier working in Secretariat Administration, Backward Classes Welfare and Disability Empowerment Department in the state of Uttar Pradesh as Additional Chief Secretary.
