Lucknow: Amar Nath Upadhyay, an Indian Administrative Service officer of 2010 batch has been appointed as the Special Secretary in Political Pension and Freedom Struggle Fighter’s Council section. He has earlier worked as Registrar, Gautambudh University Greater Noida and Additional CEO, Yamuna Express-Way Industries Development Authority.
