Pubjab: Vinay Bublani, who is an IAS officer of 2008 batch and serving as Deputy Commissioner of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, has now been shifted to Land Records, Settlement, Consolidation and Land Aquisition, Jalandhar. He will continue to head Jung-E-Azadi Memorial Foundation Jalandhar as Chief Executive Officer.
