Punjab: Rajat Aggarwal, IAS, 2003, is new excise commissioner

Punjab: Rajat Aggarwal, an Indian Administrative Officer of 2003-batch has been appointed new excise commissioner. He also handles posts of chief executive officer of Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion and managing director of Punjab INFOTECH and managing director of PUNCOM.
