Punjab: Manpreet Singh, IAS, 2005, has been appointed in Animal Husbandry, Fisheries & Dairy Development as Special Secretary. Singh has also been given additional responsibilities as Special Secretary, Higher Education and Project Director at Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA).
