Punjab: Malwinder Singh Jaggi, an Indian Administrative Service officer of 2005 batch has been transferred to school education department as special secretary. Jaggi was serving as director in tourism and cultural affairs department. He was also handling the charge of managing director at Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited and chief executive officer at Virasat-E-Khalsa Foundation in Anandpur Sahib.
