Punjab: Puneet Goyal, an IAS officer of 2010 batch will replace Kulwant Singh, IAS, as Deputy Commissioner of Ferozpur. Puneet Goyal was serving as Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies (Admin) Punjab.
