Punjab: Vipul Ujwal, and Indian Administrative Service Officer of 2009 batch has been shifted to Rural Development and Panchayats as Director and ex-officio Special Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats in place of Devinder Pal Singh Kaharbanda. Ujwal has also be given additional charge of Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi Sabat Vikas Yojna (MGSVY).
