Kumar Saurabh, IAS -12, transferred to Technical Education Department

Punjab: Kumar Saurabh Raj, an IAS officer of 2012 batch has been transferred to Technical Education and Industrial Training as Director. Raj also replaced Vimal Kumar Setia, IAS as Special Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training Department.
