Nand Kumar, an Indian Administration Services of 1989-batch from Maharashtra cadre, has been appointed Principal Secretary in EGS, Soil and Water Conservation department. Prior to this, Kumar served as Principal Secretary, School Education & Sports Department, and as Principal Secretary and Chief Protocol Officer, General Administration Department, Maharashtra .
